We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a successful Estate Agency in Addlestone on a full time permanent basis.

Your main role will be to book in market appraisals and valuations, developing the business. You must have previous experience in a BDM role and are able to hit / over achieve targets. In return you'll receive a good basic salary of up to £23,000pa plus commission.
