Our client is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join its growing sales team. Your role will be challenging but rewarding. You will have an existing database of leads to utilise and build upon.
Your role will be to grow relationships with key decision makers across he property industry, build and nurture new business pipeline. Attending business meetings and networking with decision makers.
Creating compelling proposals for prospects, closing the optimal amount of new business deals. Selling the brand and managing KPI's.
You need excellent communication a proven track record in Business Development, ability to handle objections, persistence, resilience and self motivate.
