Job Description

Business Development Manager required with good experience in sales and marketing to join a rapidly growing interior design company.

This client specialises in interiors for show homes, private client homes, serviced properties, hotels, retirement properties, and commercial premises.

The successful candidate will be developing the client base through a number of ways: direct sales, client meetings, mailshots, telesales, website inquiries, and social media.

This is a full-time role, but part-time would be considered for the right candidate.

The key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and qualifying new opportunities in order to build and develop a sales pipeline for new business prospects
Creating and continuing to develop outstanding relationship with clients, partners and colleagues, effectively promoting our products both written and verbally
Adhering to activity KPI's, creating marketing and lead generation plans for continual improvement on target growth
Ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date
Demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle

Salary Benefit: A strong renumeration package, which includes a competitive basic salary and on-target earnings of up to £55,000 per annum.

Job Type: Full-time.
