Job Description

We Are Looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to join our small team In Bradley Stoke. The role will be a mix of around 80 percent new business generating however we have a well established internet marketing campaign that generates inbound leads and as such 20% of your business will be provided to you via inbound enquiries you will be required to nurture these leads also. Anyone who has experience in the Architecture space or has contacts in that sector would be at a huge advantage. Uncapped commission. including inbound leads,, Flexible hybrid working model and a September start date.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a full time Sales Executive to join our successful, growing online business. Based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol (with the flexibility for occasional home working), we are looking for someone with a positive, can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to -

- Managing and growing existing business accounts through face to face/virtual meetings.

- Arranging appointments with customers to outline the business offering, and to explore opportunities to wok together

- ·Make outbound calls to prospects and develop new accounts.

- ·Present sales and pipeline forecasts to management.

- Being responsible for creating your own sales pipeline

Experience and key skills

To be considered for this role you must have previous sales & customer service experience and the ability to demonstrate a professional, calm manner when dealing with both the end user and various suppliers.

In addition, we are looking for someone with -

- Excellent attention to detail

- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

- Commercially aware and ability to work out volumes and margins

- Creating & managing your own sales pipeline

- Experience with using Microsoft office including excel

- Ability to work individually, as well as part of a team

- Previous sales experience essential
