Job Description

We are working with a supplier based in the Huddersfield area and they are looking for a Business Development Manager.

Salary: £37-£40k base DOE with bonus scheme so OTE £42-45k

Duties include:
Ensure sales targets and service business targets are met or exceeded.
Develop new business via new & existing customers in different sectors.
Site visits to new and existing customers.
Recommending solutions to improve efficiency and overall system design.
Prepare and present sales offers.
Attending regular review meetings.
Ensure company database is maintained.
Promote professional company image in contacts with all customers, suppliers, and work colleagues.

Essential:

Tech Background, good working knowledge of Industrial electro/ mechanical products in business to business environments
Proven track record of delivering sales results.
Strong communicator at all levels
Preferably 3+ years in the Compressed Air Industry.
Desirable- experience of working for a product manufacturer either directly or in a subsidiary
Personal Spec:
Ambitious, enthusiastic, persistent, self-motivated with ability.
Computer Literate- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Fully Clean Driving license
