Role: Financial Advisor
Location: Central Nottingham (NG2)
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
Hybrid working model

The role:
This exciting role will focus on the development of staff and business expansion through networking and representing the practice at corporate and client events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized to motivate, inspire and engage with staff to pursue an improved quality of service to clients whilst delivering the vision and strategies of the business.

You will work alongside the Financial planners to help improve and build on their skills, ensure regulatory processes are being met, help develop their connections and conduct regular performance reviews in order to report back to the board with progression updates, whilst also analysing sales figures and writing reports.

The Successful candidate will need:
" A strong background in financial services advise and sales
" The ability to network and confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders
" Diploma qualified
" Manage and inspire staff to deliver high quality service
