Job Title: Business Development Executive
Type: Permanent
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 37.5hrs per week

I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a fast growing business in Gloucester. The BDE will be joining a fast paced business that has strong core values and a fun and inclusive culture.

Main Role of a Business Development Executive:

" Develop new business through identifying new clients and promoting the products
" Deliver against KPI's which will include sales targets and conversation rates
" Communicate in an open and honest manner with current and prospective clients
" Create and deliver on a sales plan
" Maximise account spend through excellent customer service
" Relationship building and face to face selling at trade shows throughout the year

Desired Experiences for Business Development Executive:

" Have a passion for health or wellbeing
" Proven sales track record, ideally Telesales / Telemarketing
" Fantastic communications skills and a high energy approach to sales and service
" To work well as part of a team and independently
" Microsoft Office literate
