Job Description

My client is a hugely successful and internationally renowned manufacturer of bespoke technology and following a period of significant and sustained growth they are looking to expand their business development team, by recruiting new team of Regional Business Development Managers selling into the NHS, Care Agencies and Local Authorities, across the North West and Midlands area and more.

As Business Development Manager you will be tasked to help develop sustainable relationships with new and existing customers and clients who are senior managers across NHS England, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities, achieving and exceeding challenging revenue targets and sales objectives, as defined by the Managing Director.
Expectation will be for you to be client facing 40% plus of the month.


We are looking for:

-Experience selling into NHS, Care Agencies or Local Authorities with proven track record
-Established and current contacts within NHS, Care Agencies and Local Authorities
-Experience in selling software with a passion for technology
-Possess excellent selling skills (prospecting/qualifying, persuasion, negotiation and closing) throughout the entire sales process
-Ability to conduct effective research proactively
-Possess a self-motivated and disciplined approach to achieve results
-5-8 years' successful experience in a sales environment
-Enthusiastic, competitive, results-driven and solutions-orientated with a strong work ethic, high levels of confidence and integrity
-Possess a valid UK driving license
-Ability to consult with clients and solve challenges by selecting and demonstrating our most appropriate system features
- A competent presenter who can demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing
-Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and experience in Office365
-Self-critical and receptive to advice and constructive criticism


In return for all the above you will be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary, that can be negotiated dependant on experience NHS, Care or Local Authorities field, plus car allowance and an OTE of 50% of the salary, pension life insurance and additional company benefits.
