Business Development Representative
Base Salary up to £23,000 with a realistic OTE £40,000 - £45,000 +
Full time, Monday to Friday

As the Business Development Representative you will be working for a company that is a global leader in availability services.
For this position the company are looking for someone that is motivated, committed and dedicated to hitting individual and company KPI`s.
Overall skills required:
At least 1 years sales experience in an outbound telesales/business development position
Skilled at Lead Generation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Be self-motivated, robust and resilient
Have a can-do attitude
Be energetic and enthusiastic
A team player
In the role you will call other companies introducing the services and products whilst working with the wider sales team confirming that all prospects are followed up and completed.
Responsibilities will include
Making a high number of outbound calls daily - B2B
Generating appointments for the wider sales team
Taking full responsibility ensuring all leads are developed and managed
Tracking and updating the sales pipeline and CRM database
Ensuring all relevant call grading is accurate
Working with other departments supporting and defining sales campaigns
Following up on sales campaigns
