Along with a competitive starting salary ranging from £23,000 up to £26,000 basic, the company offers a fantastic commission (uncapped) structure, dream working hours Monday-Friday 9-5 with an excellent opportunity to progress within the company.
Do you want to work for a flexible, respected and loyal telemarketing/sales team with extensive room for career progression?
You will be responsible for creating leads through proactive inbound and outbound calls, following up on all activity to ensure targets are met. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that 100% of all sales leads are followed up and completed.
DO YOU HAVE?
*Strong sales experience in either B2B or B2C
*Experience in lead generation and conversion?
*Excellent negotiation skills?
*A target driven attitude, with the view to hit and exceed set targets?
*Self-motivated, robust and resilient?
*An experienced Telesales, Business Development or Telemarketing person with a can-do attitude?
*Energetic and enthusiastic
Have great communication skills?
A minimum of 1 years` experience in an outbound telesales/business development position is required. This can be Business to Business or Business to Consumer.
