Job Description

One of the leading award winning PR companies in the London area we're looking to build on our Marketing Services team and are currently looking for a new Business Director for our expansive period of growth.
With offices in London and San Francisco we have an amazing global reach for our clients. We boast a working environment that gels together everything we do and encompasses our friendly relaxed approach to work.
We're a multi award winning agency and the accolades we received through 2020 really speak for themselves! Predominantly on the PR and Communications team we're now building our Marketing Services and require a Business Director to bring in and develop some really exceptional accounts to enhance the team further. We want you to come in and make a mark, we want you to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the marketing services business and support our growth through a time of huge interest and demand for the our services. Day to day you will be leading major accounts; will get involved in new business as well as partnering with agency practice leads (e.g. b2b tech, health and wellbeing, corporate) to on client opportunities.

The role reports to our Head of Marketing Services and will be 2nd in line acting as the deputy when required and will include the line management of an Associate Director, Senior Account Manager and Junior Account Executives. There will also be indirect management of multiple client project teams.
We're looking for an individual with a strong B2B background in Integrated Marketing who thinks strategically, but with practical working knowledge of multiple channels and disciplines (e.g. brand strategy, product marketing, channel marketing, content). The candidate should love technology and have experience working with brands in the professional services or b2b tech space.
Ideally the perfect candidate will have….

" B2B tech experience preferred
" Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking
" Results driven and highly numerate
" Strong integrated marketing experience
" Experience delivering international projects and programs
" Track record of account growth and building long-term relationships
" Self-motivated, confident with flawless attention to detail
" Clear understanding of the creative and planning process
" Commercially orientated - proven track record in managing profitable accounts
" Track record of managing and developing high performance teams
