My client is looking for a full time Business Manager to join their team as soon as possible!

Who's right for the job?

The job will be fast paced from the get go, where you will need to be organised, flexible and forward thinking with good influencing skills. You will need to have experience within a similar role within an Automotive industry and be able to demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service and be target driven at all times. After all, how else will you earn that commission?

The responsibilities of the role:

• To maintain a pro-active and disciplined approach to finance, insurance, and warranty sales, adhering strictly to all policies and FCA regulations.
• Ensure maximum profitability is achieved on all finance and insurance transactions, working in close collaboration with your line manager and the sales team.
• To work effectively within the dealership team, ensuring industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

In return for your hard work, our client offers a competitive salary of £24,000, depending on experience and attitude! There is a brilliant OTE structure that goes alongside the salary which, if you do your job right, can see you earning up to £50,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, starting at 9am and finishing at 5:30pm. They also offer parking for those of you that drive! The benefits package offered is brilliant, it includes 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme!
