Salary £24,000 PA+ with OTE of £55k

What we are looking for
An ambitious individual who can drive the performance of the business and achieve sales targets, through management of a sales team. You need to be an enthusiastic and outgoing sales professional with a proven track record in car sales and management. You must be ambitious and professional, with a strong desire to succeed.
You must be able to work in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment, leading a team to achieve results in a compliant and results orientated manner.
Work Pattern
5.5 days a week covering days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
What you will be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Executives
- Stock control - supporting Sales Management in all aspects of stock control
- Supporting the implementation and management of the sales process
- Ensuring effective and graded referral of all customers to a Business Manager by way of Sales Manager instructive or Sales Executive request
- Managing the taking of all deposits and monies
- Accurately completing sales information incorporating iVendi, Navigator, Deal Tracker and Google Docs
- Ensuring compliance with internal directives relating to product sales and finance placement
- Implementing the achievement of balanced sale
- Managing FSA compliance to ensure company ethos of treating customers fairly
- Management of handover procedure
- Completing and controlling all finance related documentation
- Operating within company policies and procedures, including GDPR
What we need from you
- A good standard of education preferably Level 3 qualifications or equivalent, or above (e.g. A Levels, AVCE)
- A full, current and valid UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrable experience in car sales, at Business Manager level
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service alongside working in a target driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required
- Good IT skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
