Motor Finance Specialist - Hinckley
Salary: £26,000 basic | OTE £44,000+ | 42.5 hours per week

Join a rapidly growing, independent used car retailer and play a key role in our sales team. We're looking for an experienced Motor Finance Specialist to support customers in finding the right finance solutions and help drive F&I performance across the business.

About the Role:

• Act as a finance expert during the sales process

• Manage a pipeline of finance leads and liaise with internal teams

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and stay updated on their products

• Advise customers on finance options while ensuring FCA compliance

• Support overall business income through F&I performance

About You:

• Proven sales experience in motor finance or a regulated environment

• Consistent record of hitting F&I targets

• Strong communication and consultative selling skills

• Trust-building ability with customers

• Business or Sales Manager experience is a plus

• Solid understanding of finance products and FCA regulations
