Motor Finance Specialist - Hinckley
Salary: £26,000 basic | OTE £44,000+ | 42.5 hours per week
Join a rapidly growing, independent used car retailer and play a key role in our sales team. We're looking for an experienced Motor Finance Specialist to support customers in finding the right finance solutions and help drive F&I performance across the business.
About the Role:
Act as a finance expert during the sales process
Manage a pipeline of finance leads and liaise with internal teams
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and stay updated on their products
Advise customers on finance options while ensuring FCA compliance
Support overall business income through F&I performance
About You:
Proven sales experience in motor finance or a regulated environment
Consistent record of hitting F&I targets
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Trust-building ability with customers
Business or Sales Manager experience is a plus
Solid understanding of finance products and FCA regulations
