Job Description

Job title: Business Retention Advisor

Location: Poulton-Le-Fylde

Working hours: Mon -Wed: 9-17:30, Thur 9-17: 00, Fri: 8-15:30

Salary: Negotiable

Brook Street is now recruiting a experienced Business Retention Advisor to join a vibrant and fast growing media and direct marketing company selling advertising across various platforms and a direct mail service exclusively to the construction, financial and home improvement sector.

Candidate Requirements

You will be able to ensure the accurate and timely processing of renewals and retention`s. You will contact customers via telephone, post and email in ensuring fantastic and clear communication with existing customers looking to renew different business plans. You will be target driven and tenacious with a good telephone manner and the confidence to close the sale over the telephone, taking a deposit via credit/debit card to secure the sale.

-Good telephone and communication skills with an ability to use your own initiative.

-Able to negotiate and overcome obstacles

-Ability to understand customer needs

You will posse extensive experience working within a busy customer service / office environment and have the friendly, professional, telephone manner in order to build rapport with customers. You will have strong administrative and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively time manage in order to efficiently complete a number of duties. Experience within Retention`s is also desirable

Key duties

Customer service, general administration, ensuring databases and customer interactions are logged accurately, following all schemes and processes in line with legislation, liaise with Head of Sales Manager and stakeholders.
