Job Description

We are delighted to be working with our fantastic long standing client based in Harlow who are recruiting for a Business Service Administrator.

The role involves liaising with engineers, giving them the details of scheduled works & job sheets. Providing administrative support to the team including accurate raising of client work orders.
Also responsible for keeping records, in house databases and systems and client portals are fully up to date and more!

We are looking for a candidate who has worked in a call centre/contact centre previously, if you have dealt with scheduling of engineers this would be a distinct advantage. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent IT skills with MS office packages.

We are looking for the successful candidate to start on or before 23rd September
