As a Business Support Officer, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Digital Primary Care (DPC) Team and a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
In particular the post holder will:
" Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including gathering information, reporting and analysis and undertaking enquires as and when necessary.
" Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers.
" Management of specific tasks across a range of areas and projects.
" Be a key member of the team acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
