Brook Street Recruitment is looking for a responsible Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks for our client based in Belfast.
The job holder is primarily responsible for administering all procedures and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Centralised Admin, Survey and design team as well as providing support to the wider business
Ensuring all documents are present and provided to surveyors prior to survey date.
Co-ordinating with the site contact and the surveyor to book suitable dates for the surveyors
Following up with surveyors to ensure all information is returned in a timely manner to achieve return dates.
Update project tracker with details and status of each survey
Issue completed designs and proposal provided by the designer to the client.

Fluent in written and spoken English
Understanding of commonly used office packages
A high standard of computer literacy
Previous Administration experience would be preferred
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.90 per hour and paid on a weekly basis.
