Job Description
Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted to be supporting our Public Sector client for a Business Support Administrator based in Lisburn
Our client has advised that the role is temporary for at least 6 months and is full time hours of 36.25 per week
The purpose of the job role is to provide a modern, efficient, professional and customer-focused administrative service and contribute as an integral member of the Business Support Team
Our client will be shortlisting CV`s of those who can demonstrate the following:
Effective planning, organisation, prioritising skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
Effective communication skills (both oral and written);
Ability to produce timely and accurate information;
Customer service orientation
Our client has advised that the successful applicant must have. Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths and Have at least 2 years` experience of working in a demanding office environment, carrying out a range of business support tasks including scheduling and administrative support for meetings.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications, to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.35 per hour
