Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd are supporting our Public Sector client based in lisburn for a Business Support Officer

Our client has advised us that the role is Monday to Friday with a total of 36.25 hours per week and temporary up to 6 months

Preferably, we would prefer CV`s that have minute taking experience, however not essential,The successful applicant will provide a modern, efficient, professional and customer-focused administrative service and contribute as an integral member of the Business Support Team

For shortlisting purposes, you must demonstrate at least 2 years` experience of working in a demanding office environment, carrying out a range of business support tasks including scheduling and administrative support for meetings, can demonstrate effective planning, organisation, prioritising skills and attention to detail; the ability to work individually and as part of a team, effective communication skills (both oral and written); an ability to produce timely and accurate information, knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications, to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook


What do we need from you?
5 GCSE`s to include English and Math`s
3 Years referencing details
At least 2 years admin experience

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.20 per hour
