My Public Sector Client is looking for a strong administrator for a temporary assignment based in Solihull. The role is paying £11.66 and will be a full time, from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (potential flexibility). This is a 3 month role with the potential to continue.
You must be experienced in co-ordinating meetings, distributing agenda's, taking accurate notes/minutes as required and following up on actions. You will be dealing with sensitive information, arranging travel (includes international), procurement and raising purchasing orders. Therefore being able to demonstrate initiative and manage/prioritise your own workload is essential.
You also will be an experienced, motivated and professional administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills to be able to support their teams both efficiently and effectively. You must be confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders and be able to provide ad hoc business intelligence support, disseminating information to assist in producing data reports.
A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word and Excel is required. The role is based 5 minute walk from the train station however unfortunately; there is no parking on site.
