***BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR***

I am delighted to be working alongside an excellent client, who specialize in providing a range of supported accommodation for semi-independent children from ages 16+! They have an exciting new business admin opportunity, offering many benefits and rewards, this is not one to miss!

SALARY: £18,920.00
LOCATION: Nottingham
HOURS: 8:30 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)

THE ROLE:
" Responsible for handling queries over the telephone, checking the Team Leaders diary if necessary and handling email enquiries
" Add new staff to SHA's online case management system and ensure they are always linked to the profiles of the service users they are working with
" Monitor staff records and deliver instruction and feedback to ensure records produced are to a high standard
" Ensure incident reports are submitted in a timely manner and ensure that these are accurately produced, and they are written to a professional, high standard before emailing out to professionals
" Upon placement of new service users, set up service up profiles on case management system, acquire and update this with information from Local Authority and create risk assessment
" Take minutes at meetings and share information appropriately
" Archive young person files and send to Local Authorities in line with contract when placements end
" Prompt the completion of staff supervisions, ensure documents are completed and uploaded onto staff systems
" General administrative duties - arranging transport, chasing social workers for paperwork, chasing, and uploading receipts from staff etc.

THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" Experience in an administration role, working within a fast paced and demanding environment
" Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize workload, keeping organized
" Excellent computer literacy skills - Confident in all Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
" Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
