JOB ROLE: Business Support Assistant
LOCATION: Lincoln City Centre
SALARY: £18,887.00 - £20,043.00
HOURS: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 5:00)
" To work within a profound Business Support team, supplying support through a range of administration and clerical duties such as data entry, mail services, supporting compliance checks and general reception duties
" Production and the management of information
" To provide a high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers
" To operate and revise various computer systems correctly and within defined areas of responsibility, complying with all company polices within timescales.
" To carry out basic financial support including purchase orders, good receipts, and invoices in accordance with relevant financial regulations.
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL NEED:
" An understanding of Microsoft Office, word and excel
" 5 GCSE's A*- C
" Excellent organization and time management skills
" Exceptional customer service and people skills
" Experience in minute taking and data entry
