Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our client NHS Digital. These are temporary roles until March 2023 but may be extended beyond this (permanent opportunities may arise as well) & will start ASAP

  • Location: Leeds City Centre
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 at home
  • Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours a week - 9-5 - can be flexible around this
  • Assignment length: Until March 2023 (may be extended subject to business requirements)
  • Salary: £13.12 (£25,584 annually)

About the team:

Audit Services in the Assurance & Risk Management Directorate at NHD Digital provides a range of audit services, internally and externally.

The role will entail:

  • Arrange meetings and make room bookings/calendar invites
  • Produce presentations, agendas, reports, minutes and action logs
  • Invoicing
  • Arrange national travel and hotels for the team (where required)
  • Arrange audit visits with internal and external customers, ensuring relevant documentation is available to auditors and auditees and is submitted on time
  • Record and update findings from audits activities on our internal system. Follow up action owners to ensure external and internal findings are kept up to date

Duties include but are not restricted too:

  • Substantial experience of providing business support to multiple teams, including mailbox and diary management for these teams
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels of seniority
  • Planning skills to support the busy audit functions
  • Produce high quality work to agreed requirements and timescales and follow defined processes
  • Ability to prioritise workload, with assistance from management where required.
  • Ability to remain calm when under pressure.
  • Excellent record keeping and document management skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Teams and SharePoint
