Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Business Support Administrator role to join our client NHS England. These are temporary roles but will most likely be extended beyond this (permanent opportunities may arise as well) & will start ASAP
If you have a strong admin background and are well organised then this may be the opportunity for you
- Location: Leeds, Hybrid working, 3 days at home 2 in the office (Leeds city centre)
- Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours a week - 9-5
- Assignment length: Until Jan 23 (may be extended subject to business requirements) - Permanent opportunities may arise as well
- Salary: £11.53 Per hour
About this role:
- Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis.
- Minute Taking
- Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery.
- Support the Business and Governance Manager to ensure the effective operation of the team.
- Book travel arrangements for the team if applicable
- Support the management of the team's central email accounts
- Provide administrative support to monthly meetings ensuring that meeting papers are produced in a timely manner.
- Provide secretarial cover for Board meetings when required.
- Provide diary management for the team
- Support management of project/programme activities including gathering and updating documentation
- Support the tracking and reporting of key actions, risks and issues.
- Support the tracking and reporting of audit actions.
- Support the management of the team's information archive and shared file system.
The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis.
- Knowledge of project principles.
- Minute taking
- Mailbox management experience
- Diary management experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise
- Ability to work without supervision. Able to work on own initiative, organising and prioritising own and others workloads to changing and often tight deadlines.
- Experience across all Microsoft packages
- Communication skills
- Good eye for detail
