We currently have a Business Support Assistant role working for our client within Health Education England. This is a longer term temporary assignment.
Location: Leeds City Centre.
Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week. Fully flexible.
Salary: £9.28 per hour increasing to £10.79 after 12 weeks.

About the role:
You will be working within the procurement team offering support to the existing Business Support Management. You will do this by completing a range of administrative task that help towards the smooth running of the procurement team.
- Ability to initiate and manage systems in order to ensure safe administration
-Produce and distribute agendas and papers
-Complete minute taking where appropriate
Skills required for the role:
-Strong knowledge of MS Office mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
-Previous administration experience
-Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
-Experience working in the NHS or HEE is desirable but not essential
Full training is provided and support and guidance will be given from current Business Support staff.
