Job Description

NHS England -Business Support Co-ordinator
Location: Leeds City Centre or working from home
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Pay: £12.74

This is an ongoing temporary position until Mid-November with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Business Support Co-ordinator to join the Team with our client, NHS England based in Leeds. The role will include working as part of a flexible team.

The Business Support Administrator will be a key member of the Public Health Commissioning and Operations team and will work with the team to provide high quality business support by implementing effective business and corporate processes to support delivery of the programme.

Working as part of the team to deliver an effective service, supporting managers and staff across the team. Skills required are a combination of business, minute and action point taking and mailbox management, relationship and project management support skills that enable support to the wider team

Responsibilities include:

" This role will suit someone who is organised, likes working as part of a team and enjoys managing a varied workload.

" The post holder will be responsible for a range of administrative functions which will support the immediate and wider team including, but not limited to:

" Processing documentation and correspondence on behalf of the team?

" Supporting with and distributing papers

" The preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required.

" Provide diary support

" Schedule meetings and support organisation of events

" Mailbox management

" Provide cover for staff on leave or when workload fluctuates

" Support the team with administrative requirements e.g. taking minutes, research, reporting and analysis

" Act as a point of contact for programmes, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously

" Developing and maintaining effective electronic filing systems and document control, adhering to records management standards, to ensure that information is kept securely and is accessible to other members of the team.

" Running and collating reports which may include reports to the senior management team as required.

" To provide administrative support including when appropriate to all team members to support a range of department initiatives.

This exciting role will require an ability to operate and thrive in a complex environment, relationship-building skills and experience of working in a business support environment.
