Job Title - Admin Assistant
Location - Cambridge

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Admin Assistant
This is a contract role based in Cambridge for 4 months with view to being extended thereafter (18 months max contract duration)

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £34,935 plus 5% end of contract bonus depending on experience

Job Description / Responsibilities:
This role is for an administration assistant. You will be supporting a senior manager. You will be giving this person calendar support whilst working closely with another Administrator (who will also train you), along with covering this person when needed.

By managing Outlook Calendars with meeting scheduling, interviews and events. You will also be responsible for arranging catering and booking the meeting rooms. In addition, it will be your responsibility to liaise with.

The team is growing rapidly, so we require additional support setting up interview loops and equipment etc. for new starters, ensuring everything is ready for new starters. This involves coordinating with sponsors for their interview schedule, booking rooms and getting these set up. No recruitment experience needed, this is more around being organized, Outlook management and scheduling with meetings with various interviewers schedules and availability and working out the best times for all parties, e.g. aligning availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Outlook calendar management
* Arranging meetings, interviews and events, which often include catering.
* Booking and setting up meeting rooms for meetings, interviews and events
* Liaising with various people to establish their availability to attend interviews
* Scheduling interview loops for candidates
* Assist with all aspects of preparation for visitors from other offices (eg: desk allocation, airport transfers)
* General admin

* Can do attitude, happy to ask if needed, takes action.
* Makes time, organises own schedule appropriately
