Job Description

A unique and interesting opportunity has arisen on a permanent basis with one of Wales' most established employers. This employer offers the benefits of an excellent working environment, increase in sales & demand for their products and a progressive attitude toward staff development.

This role would suit a candidate with retail management or area management experience, looking to get involve on a hands-on basis with office and showroom staff throughout Wales & South West.

Duties include:

  • Lead a remote team of branch managers
  • Manage staffing levels effectively
  • Manage staff wellbeing and communicate with remote staff regularly
  • Human resources - Assist with recruitment, starters, leavers and the onboarding process, Ensure duty of care responsibilities are met for team and update and maintain the HR personnel system.
  • Drive and inspire outstanding team performance
  • Provide guidance and support to branch managers to enable them to deliver
  • Provide suggestions and ideas to develop the memorial retail branches
  • Oversee sales commission and prepare monthly commission reports to process through payroll
  • Deal with order processing administration
  • Support the day to day running of external contracts
  • Produce monthly sales reports and prepare notes for monthly meetings with the senior management team
  • To maintain and update administration in accordance with existing procedures

This role is a permanent opportunity with offices based throughout Wales & the South West, so your own transport is essential with expenses paid.
