Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Norwich are looking for a temporary Business Support Officer to join their team. This starts from £11.15 per hour and rises up after 12 full weeks to £11.95.

You will provide secretarial and administration support to multiple teams across all services.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
" Organise meeting and take minutes
" Produce documentation for all key contract meetings
" Diary management for the senior management team
" Administrative support for the senior management team
" Monitoring diaries for holiday and sick days
" Telephone and email queries
" General Administration


The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator and have a high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be able to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.

This role may require you to travel to other sites

This starts from £11.15 per hour and rises up after 12 full weeks to £11.95. Holiday and Pension scheme available
