Job Description

We currently have a Business Support Assistant role working for our client within NHS Digital. This is a long term temporary assignment.

Location: Leeds City Centre.

Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £10.83 per hour increasing to £12.38 after 12 weeks.


About the role:
You will be offering support to the existing Business Support Management. You will do this by completing a range of administrative task that help towards the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to initiate and manage systems in order to ensure safe administration
-Arrange meetings
-Book Rooms
-Diary Management
-Produce and distribute agendas and papers
-Minute taking

Skills required for the role:
-Strong knowledge of MS Office mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
-Previous administration experience
-Attention to detail is essential
-Experience working in the NHS or HEE is desirable but not essential

Full training is provided and support and guidance will be given from current Business Support staff.
