Job Description

Brook Street are looking for a new Business Support Officer to join our South West locality client working remotely but with the option to work in one of their various locations listed below. For this role you`ll be working to support the South West finance Directorate and will be working under the PA to Director of Finance.
Your duties:

  • Arranging internal and external meetings virtually and in person, including but not limited to meeting room bookings, agenda planning, note taking, circulation of papers
  • Management of the team mailbox ensuring timely and accurate responses are made to each query as well as responsibility for information cascades and guidance documents.
  • Maintain up to date distribution lists and databases
  • Ensuring robust document management is followed and all records are stored correctly and securely
  • Manage the team mailbox ensuring timely responses are provided by the team.

Following a successful interview, DBS check and 3 years referencing you will be working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday at £ 10.29 per hour.

The right candidate will need to be able to work from one of the following locations when necessary:
South West House, Taunton
South Plaza, Bristol
Jenner House, Chippenham
Sanger House, Gloucestershire
