Job Description

Business Support Officer - Liverpool City Centre

2 days per week (09:00 - 17:00) days are flexible
£9.46 per hour
9 months maternity cover

Main purpose of job:
To ensure the provision of administrative support for the organisation, data input, administrating databases, answering helpdesk queries.

Main Responsibilities:
" To ensure the provision of an effective administrative function to the organisation
" To ensure high quality administrative performance and customer service for the organisation
" To ensure timely and accurate provision of administrative support

Specific Duties:
" Providing system administration and help desk support to system users of MainStay and related systems.
" Creation and compilation of reports for services and local authorities.
" Monitoring and Auditing of MainStay system to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
" Assisting MainStay team with Data Protection Processes.
" Inputting of Data onto accommodation Systems

Supporting the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team

" Preparing documentation needed for meetings.
" Help with proof reading documentation.
" Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required by management Team.
" Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
" Ensure effective communication with staff within Liverpool YMCA
" Work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
" Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably requested.

Professional Practice and Development

" Attend regular supervision sessions with the Director of Quality and Policy in accordance with the supervision contract.
" Maintain good professional practice and ensure ongoing development, through use of supervision and training.
" Respect the confidentiality of service users using the service and be responsible for the security of personal and confidential information.
" Carry out all these duties within the organisation`s safety guidelines
