Job Description

Are you looking for a Business Support Administrator role in the Watford / Borehamwood area?

We are currently looking to recruit to join a large and busy company, within their environmental health department, working with a fun and lively team; you`ll be based in Watford / Borehamwood and will enjoy a great atmosphere.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am until 5.30pm

As part of this exciting position you will be expected to:

To support applicants with the application and assessment process, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.

To maintain case files in accordance with procedures and to update related computerised records.

There will be liaison with external agencies, private sector clients and any public sector organisations.

Administrative functions including maintenance, inputting, collating and updating information on various computer packages.

Assisting in the payment of invoices for works, invoicing and other financial related duties.
