Job Description

Do you have detailed administrative experience and have experience or the exposure to lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Reception and Administration objectives at the specified place of work?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at one of the client's newer sites in the Warrington area, you can look forward to a competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum and the opportunity to work for a leading housing association within the care sector.

The main objective for the right candidate in this role will be to provide a detailed and efficient administrative service in ensuring there is key support to the Association's satellite projects.

Day to day responsibilities in this role include:

Ensuring an effective use of ICT in achieving the agreed team and project based objectives.

Promoting resident engagement in all activities, programmes and sessions in a positive manner.

Providing business support to the Service Manager and ensuring all deadlines and targets are met.

Monitoring all health and safety requirements across daily, weekly and monthly periods.

Monitoring and overseeing data for all monthly KPI information.

To ensure that overseeing of payments (Housing Benefit and Direct Charge) are done in a timely manner and then overseeing all relevant paperwork is submitted.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Experience or an exposure to lead and manage a day to day operation of Reception and Administrator objectives.

Hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Administration or an equivalent to this (can be qualified by experience).

Able to read, understand and follow key procedures.

2 years experience in Administration.

Experience or an exposure to Health & Safety focused issues.

Strong customer service experience.

It would also be preferred for the right candidate to have the ability or to have worked (desirable) with a vulnerable client group and able to remain calm in demanding situations.
