Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking an Administrator for their client based in Ballymena
Our client has confirmed that the role is for 12 weeks and is 30 hours per week
Our client has requested that an Enhanced Access NI is required for this role, however, if you do not have this Brook Street will support you in applying for this immediately if successful.
Due to ther nature of this work, we are seeking applicants who pay excellent attention to detail and are articulate with their work.
The successful applicant will be responsible for
Utilising MS Office throughout each day
Benefitting from advanced MS Excel skills
Utilising three CRM systems
Conducting data entry activities
Answering incoming calls
Utilising excellent communication skills
Conducting electronic and manual filing
Utilising good business support skills
Completing documentation associated with the role
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.50 per hours paid on a weekly basis.
