NHS Digital - Business and Operational Delivery Administrator - NHS
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Pay: £11.20ph
This role is ongoing until at least March 2022
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Business and Operational Delivery Administrator to join the Team with our client, NHS Digital based in Leeds. The role will include working as part of a flexible team. There are two internal customer facing roles vacant within the Privacy, Transparency and Ethics (PTE) Sub-Directorate, providing a high-quality customer service experience to NHS Digital and internal PTE colleagues/professionals, within the Data Protection Officer and Compliance (DPO&C) Team
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day mailbox management of the DPO&C, Information Governance Profession and Senior Management inboxes. Diary management and coordination of meetings for Senior Managers within DPO&C Team where required.
- Ensuring all documentation and emails are filed appropriately using outlook and SharePoint
- Providing a professional, efficient, and timely service to customers in line with SLAs and project deadlines.
- Using CRM (customer relationship management system) to log and manage enquiries
- Using SharePoint to keep documentation up to date.
- Supporting the team in managing its information, records and documents in line with policies and procedures e.g., Records Management.
- General administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the DPO& C Team (particularly the Compliance and Records Management areas of the team) and wider PTE Teams, where necessary.
- Supporting Compliance and RM projects, offering operational business administration support. Inc. supporting Training Programme administration and events coordination.
- Overseeing and supervision of the daily tasks allocated to the Facilities service desk, coordinating statutory requirements
- Checking policies and reports
