Job Description
A new role within a government department has opened. The successful candidate will work as a business support team leader with ad-hoc managerial duties; directly supporting the senior executive officer in helping provide effective and efficient support to the Practice Management Unit. The work will be fast-paced and varied, as such organised and proactive individuals are needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
" Monitoring changes in hours and contractual changes for staff members
" Onboarding new temporary workers
" Maintaining all spreadsheets accurately to inform budget discussions
" Highlighting and escalating risks or issues
" Line manager responsibilities
