We're working with a leading Travel firm based in Bradford. They're looking for a range of Travel Consultants to join their team.
They have vacancies within the Public Sector, MICE and Hotel teams, for experienced and enthusiastic customer service candidates to become part of a leading and global organisation.
Within each role you'll provide a high level of support and service to customers, answering queries and providing booking support.

Typical duties will include:

• Offer exemplary customer service to clients and suppliers at all times across all methods of communication
• Maintain a good level of understanding of Groups/MICE booking procedures and systems including, but not limited to, Conferma, tRIPS, Gratis and Traveller & Sabre/Traveller invoicing process
• Provide guidance to clients based on available information, ensuring adherence to organisational travel policies as well as best practice and procedures
• Sharing knowledge and information with colleagues both inter and intra departmentally
• Provide feedback and suggest possible actions to appropriate Team Leaders
• Flexibility to work in all aspects of the role, taking on tasks as dictated by business needs
• Show willingness to provide shift cover as and when appropriate
• Maintain a good level of understanding of all our Rail, hotel reservations and invoicing systems
• Provide guidance on using online booking tools to clients, while ensuring adherence to organisational travel policies as well as best practice and procedures
• Flexibility to work in all aspects of the role, taking on tasks as dictated by business needs

City centre based modern offices working 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with occasional overtime during busy periods
Salaries on offer between £18,000 - £22,000 based upon experience
