I am currently recruiting for a buying administrator in the Coventry area for a large growing company!
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with excellent additional benefits!
Key aspects of the role include:
- Liaising/Meeting with suppliers
- Ensuring PO's are raised
- Supporting the head of buying
- Reviewing new season products
- Communicating with the stores to ensure product arrival
- Scheduling management of stock
- Pricing administration
- Adhering to company procedures & guidelines
- General day to day administration
- Attend trade shows
We are looking for candidates with the following skills & experience:
- Knowledge of trends
- Administration within buying/procurement
- Customer service
- Confident within supplier meetings
- Strong in word and excel
