We have an exciting new opportunity to work for a multi-brand provider of information technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare customers.
Their hardware and software can be found across an impressive 250,000 companies worldwide and you would join their friendly team on a 12-week assignment to go into a permanent position.

Salary £21,000 per annum

The call centre is open between 7am-10pm, 7 days a week as you will be a key worker supporting critical business needs, which means they are looking for people that can be flexible with working hours.

They are looking for people to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis, but you MUST be able to work across the below hours and days.
Monday - Sunday 7am-10pm
Start times can vary: 7am, 8am, 830am, 1030am and 11am
PLEASE NOTE: you will work 2 weekends in a row with 4 weekends off, which is equivalent to working 1 in 3 weekends.

This is an office-based role however they do have WFH kits for anyone that does have the need to self-isolate.

No previous experience needed as full training and induction will be provided, however you will ideally have customer service experience, within retail or other office working environments and must have a professional phone manner, with great spelling and grammar.

Main duties of the role:
- Taking inbound calls from various clients
- Updating and maintaining records
- Working with and supporting your team members
