Manchester- Contact Centre Advisor Needed Immediate Start- 12 week contract!
You must be available across 7 days between 7.00-23.00 on a rotating shift working 1 weekend every 4 weeks.

Our Client, a unique and highly influential national service, is recruiting for helpline advisors to join their team. The helpline provides a single point of contact, telephone and email advice, information and support to supporters, members of the public and professionals wishing to access the service.

I am currently recruiting for a contact centre advisor to join a challenging and rewarding team based in Salford.
You will be the single point of contact providing advice, guidance and support over the phone and then leasing with management for advice on which actions to take next. This role is very fast paced and has high levels of demand, you will be liaising with all kinds of support services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
-Passion for providing excellent customer service
-Call centre experience
-Building a rapport with external and internal stakeholders
-The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
-Great organisation and prioritising abilities
-Good IT skills

The candidate for this role needs to be resilient, professional and empathetic. Although there is on job training you will be expected to understand the policies and procedures of what you are working too, due to the nature of the role.
