Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work with one of our largest Public Sector clients. If you have excellent Customer Service skills, experience within a Customer Service environment or are just looking for a career change, then please keep reading!
The role is a temporary however ongoing
Pay rate £9.78 per hour
Monday-Friday
37 hours per week ( Flexible between 08:30 and 17:00 ) - Working from home initially
Using your customer services experience and knowledge you will be answering inbound calls from customers and advising accordingly.
Full training is provided so if you have great communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have good computer skills then we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, willing to learn and well spoken. You must have good telephone manner and be an effective communicator.
In order to apply for the position you must have recent experience in customer services this can be from either a contact centre or a retail / catering or hospitality environment and good IT skills.
