Job Description

INBOUND SALES ADVISOR
BASED IN GLASGOW
Salary: £19,266

Hours: Permanent at 37.5 hours per week

THE ROLE:
Dealing with inbound sales calls from enquiring customers guaranteed over 50`s relating to life insurance for funeral plans. Taking customers through insurance quotes to fit their needs. It`s likely you will have to deal with vulnerable people between 50`s-80`s. Maturity and ethical responsibility needed.

TRAINING:
You will be required to undertake a 6-week training process, the first two weeks doing remote learning covering systems, product and services on a Monday to Friday 9-5pm rota. Week 3-6 is an extended supported learning period when you will go live on calls, further Sales training will be provided in week five.

DETAILS ON THE ROLE:
The role is permanent, offers a rota which works on an 8-8pm on weekdays and 9-5pm at weekends. The role works on a 4-week shift rotation pattern with one full weekend and one Saturday in rotation. You will be given your own PC and BB Headset. Within this role there is the opportunity to earn £800 in bonus on top of salary.
