Job Description

Call Centre Advisor
£19,500 - rising to £20,00 after probation
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Free parking on location

Working as a Call Centre Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for Customers offering a consultative approach to any questions regarding the products and services that they may use.

The vacancy is working in an Inbound Call Centre environment and previous knowledge or experience working in an inbound call centre is essential.

The company are well established in Coventry and is easily accessible from Bedworth, Nuneaton and Coventry via all major roads or public transport.

Overall skill set required:
Knowledge working in a inbound call centre
Excellent communication skills
Have the ability to stay calm and positive when speaking with customers
Good IT skills
Be well organised
Enjoying speaking with customers offering a consultative customer service approach
