CALL CENTRE ADVISORS NEEDED!

Brook Street are looking for customer service advisors/call centre staff on mass! Our client is located in the City Centre and is in need of upwards of 20 staff on 3 month rolling contracts with the eventuality of becoming permanent.

The role will be initially paid weekly until permanent contracts are offered. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week) for a rate of between £8.21-£10.00 per hour. The FULL details of the roles have not been released just yet but we want to get a head start in recruiting for the right people.

The role will entail the following:
- Answering queries over the phone and dealing with questions from both clients and customers
- Navigating through the system whilst on the phone to assist with the query and come to a resolution
- Clearing down the backlog of queries via email and resolving them
- Maintaining an excellent telephone manner when speaking to clients
- Raising purchase orders and contacting clients to double check contact details/addresses
- Organising dispatches and logistics
