You`ll be taking inbound calls from prospective and existing customers. You`ll be providing informative conversations about the latest technologies and gadgets available to the customer.
Using your subject matter expert knowledge have great informative conversations with our customers about the latest range of handsets, tablets and data plans available form Sky mobile.
You`ll be someone that`s career driven get`s a buzz out of helping solve problems and improve a customer`s experience with the right product or service.
You must have a great telephone manor and be available to work on a rota, where you could be rostered on anytime between 8am-10am Monday to Sunday. In return you be able to work from home up to 3 or your 5 working days each week!
The salary for this position starts at £21,000, but goes up after 2 months and could you increase to £27,000 within just 7 months! We also offer a generous 25 days annual leave, which increases to 30 days after 5 years, plus you get 2 celebration days off each year.
