If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's office in the North Liverpool area, you will be expected to assist customer over the phone to increase customer satisfaction and when working in a targeted environment, you'll be expected to hit KPI's.

A salary of £19,760 per annum on a permanent, full time basis.
Working hours that range from 0800-2000 Mon-Fri and then 0830-1600 Sat (this would work around shift patterns so please be aware that flexibility is needed).

Full training provided (12 weeks in total - please be aware no holidays can be taken around this training period).

Day to day duties will be:
Managing a high volume of calls on an inbound basis.
Accurately note taking and inputting as much information as possible gained from each call and then updating the company's CRM system.
Handling correct complaint handling on each call.
Working towards and achieving all KPI's set whilst being able to work under pressure and against deadlines and targets.
To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated role within a contact or call centre / office environment.
Worked towards specific KPI and call related targets in previous roles.
As per above, you are unable to take any holidays within the first 8 weeks of this role (outside of Christmas Day and New Year's Day due to office closure).
