Job Description

We are looking for multiple employees to join a great company working in a busy communications department based in York City Centre.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers, providing help with bookings, queries and cancellation. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls so you will need great communication skills.

This role is currently on a temporary rolling basis but has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. The hours are varied and include workings one weekend out of four and follow the shift pattern of;

Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm

The role pays £10 per hour.
