Job Description

Brook Street are looking for Call Centre Staff in the Bristol City Centre. Our client is looking for people with customer service experience to take inbound calls and emails regarding financial queries and purchase orders. The calls are not from members of the public and are of a nice nature.

Candidates will need to be readily available for interview and to get started as soon as possible. Candidates MUST have call centre experience and be proficient on computers - being strong with MS Office and various computer packages.

Applicants must have good organisational skills and be able to multi-task to a high standard.

The hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and the role is looking to get started ASAP subject to registration and interviews. The clearance/security for this role is high so candidates MUST have referencing for the last 3 years.
